Hilchos Lashon Hara, Opening – positive commands (5)

Sometimes the listener breaks the positive commandment (Vayikra 19:17), "You shall surely rebuke your fellow." This happens when someone tells him lashon hara that puts another person down, and the listener could rebuke the speaker and tell him to stop - but he does not.
