Hilchos Lashon Hara, chapter 2, section 7

Repeating lashon hara that was said in front of three is only allowed if the speaker said it in a regular way. But if the speaker warned the listeners not to pass it on, it is forbidden to repeat it.

Even if a person sees that one or two of the listeners did pass it on despite the warning, it is still forbidden to tell others.
