Hilchos Lashon Hara chapter 5, section 7

Know: just as it is forbidden to spread a bad report about a person, it is also forbidden to spread a bad report about their belongings.

Sadly, it is very common for one shopkeeper to speak badly about another shopkeeper's goods. This is real lashon hara, forbidden by the Torah.
